On March the 8th Irina Krasovskaya will attend the International Coalition Against Enforced Disappearances (ICAED) Steering Committee working meeting, which is also set to take place in Geneva.
The side event of the Working Group on Enforced Disappearances will take place in Palais des Nations, Geneva, on Monday March the 7th. The event is dedicated to the problem of continuing impunity. Among the speakers of the event are: Jeremy Sarkin (Chair of the Working Group on Enforced Disappearances), Judge Baltasar Garzón (Audencia National of Spain) and Dr. Paikiasothy Saravanamuttu (
Executive Director, Centre for Policy Alternatives, Sri Lanka). Representatives of Lawyers Rights Watch Canada, Asian Legal Resource Centre, Asian Federation against Enforced Disappearances, International Commission of Jurists,
International Federation for Human Rights and We Remember Foundation are invited to attend and join the discussion.
On Tuesday March the 8th the International Coalition Against Enforced Disappearances (ICAED) Steering Committee regular working meeting will take place. The actual problems and tasks will be discussed and the plan for the coming future will be set. We Remember Foundation was among the very first organizations to found and join the ICAED.
