Freedom Day in Paris

An informational rally dedicated to the anniversary of the Belarusian People’s Republic’s declaration was held in the capital of France on Stalingrad Square.

The Freedom Day was marked y Belarusian political emigrants. Paris dwellers were told about the situation in the last dictatorship of Europe, leaflets were handed out, and an informational stand was placed there. Participants used a voice amplifier to explain the aim of the event.

The action lasted for 2 hours. Many Frenchmen and guests of Paris, including Belarusians, Russians, Ukrainians, came near the stands and said words of support, left their contact details. Some of them even joined in the protest.
