The Firing Squad
Presentation of the Dutch version of book «The Firing Squad» by Aleh Alkaeu took place in the Hague, Netherlands. Except for the author, daughter of ex-minister of Internal Affairs of Belarus Yury Zakharenko who disappeared in 1999, took the floor.

EU-Belarus: dialogue at the expense of human rights?
Seminar under such a name took place on November 24-25 in Stockholm, Sweden.The former chairman of the Supreme Council of Belarus, the leader of the Belarusian Social Democratic Hramada Stanislau Shushkevich, daughter of the involuntary disappeared businessman anatoly Krasovsky Valeriya Krasovskaya and a political refugee from Belarus Andrei Abozau were invited to participate. The seminar was supported by Swedish initiative «Ostgruppen».

On the 16th of September in Washington, DC, USA, the premiere of Free Theatre play «Discover Love» took place. The play's main heroine, wife of involuntary disappeared exactly ten years ago Anatoly Krasovsky Iryna was present at the performance.

We Remember
On the 16th of September in twin-city of Minsk, Eindhoven, an action took place commemorated to the 10th anniversary of the involuntary disappearances of Viktor Gonchar and Anatoly Krasovsky. The action consisted of ceremonial commemoration of the disappeared Belarusians, demonstration of a documentary, discussion and presentation of art-project «Show your Hope» by Martin Voorbij.

«Stride»
On the 3rd of April the award ceremony of the winners of the International Competition of the Modern Dramaturgy «Free Theatre» took place. Special We Remember prize «Stride» was awarded to Belarusian actor Oleg Sidorchik by Irina Krasovskaya.

Lennart Meri Conference
The international conference dedicated to the memory of the first Estonian president Lennart Meri took place in Tallinn on March 29-31 under the auspices of Estonian president Toomas Hendrik Ilves. Foreign Ministers of the European Union countries, high-ranking European officials and leading experts were taking part in the conference. At this prestigious forum Belarus was represented by the leader of the civil campaign «European Belarus» Andrei Sannikov and the leader of the civil initiative «We Remember» Iryna Krasovskaya.

Brussels Forum
Brussels Forum is an annual high-level meeting of the most influential North American and European political, corporate, and intellectual leaders. Participants include heads of state, senior officials from the European Union institutions and the member states, U.S. Cabinet officials, Congressional representatives, Parliamentarians, academics, and media. This year Belarus was represented by the leader of the civil campaign «European Belarus» Andrei Sannikov and civil initiative «We Remember» president Iryna Krasovskaya.

Art against Dictatorship
The turnout at the Washington exhibition of Belarusian artists «Art against Dictatorship» was unexpectedly high. The German Marshall Fund was initially planning a small round-table discussion; Instead, what happened in Washington on February 12 looked more like an academic conference. Iryna Krasovskaya was the keynote speaker at the round table on Belarus.
